The Dock Technik Retractable Dock Shelter is extremely robust and durable, with galvanized steel frame and cantilever arms it has been designed to compress in the event of accidental impact.
The front and head curtains are manufactured using nylon reinforced PVC with the option of a parking guide to aid vehicle alignment onto the loading bay utilising wheel alignment guides. The front and head curtain are flashed with aluminium and the roof and sides are completed in a heavy duty, waterproof PVC.

The Dock Technik inflatable dock shelter has an insulated frame design with mounted airbags that inflate around the vehicle to make a tight and effective seal. When the motor is activated the three airbags inflate onto the sides and roof of the vehicle to help maintain internal climate whilst loading/unloading.
The inflatable airbags are manufactured using a tear resistant, nylon reinforced fabric and are inflated with a three-phase fan. Our fans are designed for high volume, low pressure airflow to ensure the airbag provides the best seal possible around the vehicle.

The Dock Technik dock cushion seals have a foam filled PVC case with timber backing. When the vehicle reverses onto the bay of the loading dock it impacts the seal and the internal foam compresses to form a seal around the vehicle. The external face of the seal is designed with wear pleats for added protection and a parking guide to aid vehicle alignment on the bay. Our cushion seal is best suited to a site with a dedicated fleet with the same size vehicle, but it can be supplied with an adjustable head cushion for different height vehicles.
